Talking Points
- Resilience means bouncing back from challenges. Remember, it's okay to make mistakes. As one of my favorite characters says, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs
- Feeling comfortable and safe is important when trying new things. Just like a superhero, you can always ask for help when needed. As Batman says, "It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me." - Batman
- Physical activities can be fun and exciting. Imagine you are a superhero in training, getting stronger and braver with each activity. "You have within you right now, everything you need to deal with whatever the world can throw at you." - Brian Tracy
