Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to express meaning in a wide range of imagined situations through role-playing and drama forms.

Materials and Prep

Materials needed: None

Prep: Find a quiet space where you can move around freely without any distractions.

Activities

1. Create a character: Think of a character you'd like to be, give them a name, and decide on their personality traits.

2. Act out a scene: Imagine a scenario where your character interacts with someone else. Act out the scene using different expressions and gestures.

3. Improvise a story: Start with a simple sentence and take turns adding to the story with your imagination.

  • Why is it fun to take on different roles? - "It's fun because you get to use your imagination and be creative."
