Materials and Prep

- Pen or pencil
- Blank paper
Before starting the lesson, make sure you have read or are familiar with the story of Charlotte's Web.
Activities

Go outside and observe the weather. Look for clues in the sky, temperature, wind, and any other signs of weather conditions. Write or draw what you observe on your paper.
Find a spider web or create one using string or yarn. Observe the structure of the web and discuss how it helps the spider catch its prey. Draw or describe the different parts of the web.
Discuss the life cycle of plants as mentioned in the book. Draw or create a visual representation of the different stages of a plant's life cycle.
