Before starting the lesson, make sure to have a clean workspace and wash your hands.
Activities
- Observing Dirty Water: Fill one glass with water and add a spoonful of dirt or sand. Observe how the water looks.
- Filtering Water: Use a coffee filter or paper towel to filter the dirty water. Notice any changes in the water.
- Sunlight Experiment: Place another glass of dirty water in sunlight for a few hours. Observe if the water looks cleaner afterwards.
