Materials and Prep
- Clear space for movement
- Your body! (arms, legs, etc.)
No special preparation needed, just your enthusiasm to learn!
Activities
- Muscle Dance: Put on your favorite song and dance around, feeling your muscles moving!
- Simon Says: Play a game of Simon Says where you have to flex different muscles when Simon says to.
- Obstacle Course: Set up a mini obstacle course and see how your muscles help you navigate through it.
