Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will learn about fitness tracking and have fun staying active!

Materials and Prep

Materials needed: comfortable clothes, water bottle, open space for movement

Before starting, make sure to have a clear area to move around in and stay hydrated throughout the lesson.

Activities

  • Jumping Jacks: Do 10 jumping jacks and count them out loud.
  • Running in Place: Run in place for 1 minute while counting each second.
  • Stretching: Reach up high to the sky and touch your toes, hold each stretch for 10 seconds.
  • Obstacle Course: Create an obstacle course with pillows and jump over them, crawl under a table, and zig-zag around objects.
  • Dance Party: Put on your favorite song and dance around the room for 3 minutes.
