Materials and Prep

- Fitbit (if available)

- Comfortable clothes and shoes

- Water bottle

- Open space to move around

- Enthusiasm and energy!

Activities

1. Fitbit Dance Party: Put on your favorite music and dance around while checking your Fitbit to see how many steps you're taking!

2. Fitbit Scavenger Hunt: Hide some items around the house or yard and try to find them while tracking your steps on the Fitbit.

3. Fitbit Challenge: Set a goal on your Fitbit for the number of steps you want to take in a certain time period and try to reach it!
