Objective
By the end of this lesson, you will understand how the human body works and be able to identify some of its key parts.
Materials and Prep
Materials needed: Paper, pencil, crayons/markers, and a mirror.
Prep: None required, just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm!
Activities
1. Draw and Label: Look at yourself in the mirror and try to draw what you see. Label the different body parts like eyes, nose, mouth, etc.
2. Body Tracing: Lie down on a large piece of paper and have someone trace the outline of your body. Then, color and label the different body parts.
3. Simon Says: Play a game of "Simon Says" where you can move different body parts like touch your toes, clap your hands, etc.

- Your Body: "Your body is like a machine that helps you do everything from running and jumping to eating and sleeping."
- Body Parts: "We have different body parts like arms, legs, eyes, and a heart. Each part has a special job to help us function."

- Exercise: "Moving your body through exercise like running, jumping, and playing helps keep your muscles and heart strong."
