Activities

  • Create a pattern with the colorful blocks (e.g., red, blue, red, blue).
  • Ask Kelsey to continue the pattern and then create a new one for you to solve.

  • Draw a pattern on paper using different shapes or colors.
  • Let Kelsey color in the pattern and then challenge her to create her own.

  • Go on a pattern hunt around the house.
  • Encourage Kelsey to find objects that follow a pattern (e.g., striped towel, polka dot pillow).
