Activities
- Role-Playing: Act out different bullying scenarios with a family member or friend. Practice responding confidently.
- Art Expression: Draw a picture of a superhero version of yourself standing up to a bully. Explain why you chose those specific superpowers.
- Physical Confidence: Practice standing tall, looking people in the eye, and speaking confidently. You can even do a superhero pose!

- What is Bullying: "Bullying is when someone is mean to you over and over again on purpose."
