Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to understand how weather changes and identify different types of weather.

Materials and Prep

- Paper

- Crayons or colored pencils

- Internet access for weather research

- Basic understanding of the four seasons (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter)

Activities

  • Draw the Weather: Look outside your window and draw what you see. Is it sunny, cloudy, rainy, or snowy?

  • Seasons Wheel: Create a wheel divided into four sections, one for each season. Draw and color the different types of weather you might see in each season.

  • Weather Report: Pretend to be a weather reporter and give a report for each season. Describe the weather and how it changes.
