Materials and Prep

  • Be ready to observe and ask questions about the environment

Activities

  • Nature Walk: Take a nature walk in your outdoor space and observe different plants and animals. Note down how they are adapted to their environment.
  • Plant Investigation: Choose a plant in your garden and study how it grows, what it needs to survive, and how it adapts to changes in the environment.
  • Animal Habitat Building: Create a mini habitat for a specific animal using natural materials. Discuss how the habitat meets the needs of the animal for survival.
