Objective

By the end of this lesson, Shawn will be able to identify and locate European countries on a map, understand some key facts about each country, and appreciate the diversity of cultures in Europe.

Activities

  • Country Scavenger Hunt: Shawn will search for European countries on the map and write down one interesting fact about each country.
  • Cultural Dress-Up: Shawn can pick a European country, research traditional clothing, and create a costume using household items.
  • European Cuisine: Shawn will choose a European country, look up a simple recipe online, and prepare a dish from that country with adult supervision.
