Activities

1. Warm-up Dance: Start with a fun warm-up dance to get your body moving and ready for the lesson. Follow the rhythm of the music and let your body flow freely.

2. Storytelling Dance: Listen to a piece of instrumental music and create a dance that tells a story. Use your movements to express the emotions and events in the music.

3. Cultural Dance Exploration: Explore different cultural dances by watching videos online and trying to imitate some of the movements. Learn about the context and history of each dance.
