Activities
- Balance Walk: Walk slowly across the balance beam, focusing on keeping your body centered and balanced.
- Toe-to-Heel Walk: Walk across the beam placing your toes directly in front of your heels with each step, challenging your balance.
- Arms Up Challenge: Walk across the beam with your arms raised above your head, engaging your core for stability.
- Backward Walk: Try walking backward on the beam, using small steps and focusing on your foot placement.
