No prior knowledge required. Just bring your creativity and enthusiasm!
Activities
Color the uppercase and lowercase letters on the alphabet chart.
Practice tracing the letters on the chart with different colored crayons.
Use the plain paper to try writing the letters on your own. Remember to start from the top!
Create a letter hunt game where you find objects around the house that start with different letters.
Draw a picture using as many letters as you can. Each letter can represent something in your drawing!
Talking Points
"Let's start by coloring the big 'A' and little 'a' with our favorite colors."
"Now, let's trace the 'B' with the blue crayon. Remember to go from top to bottom!"
"Great job! Now, try writing the 'C' on your own. You can do it!"
"Can you find something in the room that starts with 'D'? Like 'dinosaur' or 'dog'!"
"Let's draw a sun using the letter 'S'. What other letters can we use in our picture?"
