Objective

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to write a creative story inspired by the Legends of Zelda.

Activities

  1. Brainstorming: Begin by discussing the Legends of Zelda and its characters, setting, and plot. Encourage the student to share their favorite aspects of the game and what they find most interesting.
  2. Character Creation: Have the student choose or create their own original character inspired by the Legends of Zelda. They should think about the character's appearance, personality, and special abilities.
  3. Plot Development: Help the student come up with a unique story idea that involves their character and the world of Legends of Zelda. Encourage them to think about conflicts, challenges, and resolutions.
  4. Writing the Story: Assist the student in organizing their thoughts and writing their creative story. Remind them to include descriptive details, dialogue, and a clear beginning, middle, and end.
  5. Revision and Editing: Review the student's story together, focusing on grammar, punctuation, and clarity. Help them make any necessary revisions and edits to improve their writing.
  6. Final Presentation: Once the story is polished, have the student read it aloud or create a visual representation of their story using drawings or illustrations.
