Materials and Prep

Materials: Comfortable clothing, water bottle

Prep: Make sure you have a safe space to move around in without any obstacles.

Activities

1. Obstacle Course Challenge: Create an obstacle course using pillows, chairs, and other household items. Time yourself as you navigate through it!

2. Dance Party: Put on your favorite music and dance like nobody's watching! Try out different dance moves and have a blast.

3. Balloon Keep-Up: Keep a balloon in the air using only your hands. See how long you can keep it from touching the ground!
