Activities
- Mindful Breathing: Sit comfortably and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this for a few minutes.
- Body Scan: Lie down and close your eyes. Start from your toes and gradually move your focus up through each part of your body, noticing any tension or sensations. Relax each body part as you go.
- Gratitude Journal: Take a few minutes to write down things you are grateful for. This can help shift your focus to positive aspects of your life.
