Activities
- Spider and Bat Noun Hunt: Go on a noun hunt around your house or backyard. Look for objects related to spiders and bats. Write down the names of the objects you find. For example, spider web, bat cave, etc.
- Spider and Bat Verb Action: Use your spider and bat toys (or draw pictures) to act out different verbs. For example, make the spider crawl, the bat fly, etc. Write down the verbs you use to describe the actions.
- Create Sentences: Use the nouns and verbs you found to create sentences about spiders and bats. For example, "The spider crawls on the web." or "The bat flies in the night."

- "Nouns are words that name people, animals, places, or things. Can you find any objects related to spiders and bats? Those are nouns!"
- "Verbs are words that show action. Can you show me how a spider crawls? Crawls is a verb!"
