Materials and Prep

Materials: Water bottle, comfortable clothing, sneakers

Prep: Find an open space in your home or backyard for physical activities

Activities

1. Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute jog or jump rope to get your heart rate up.

2. Strength Training: Do bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, and lunges for 15 minutes.

3. Cardio Blast: Set up a mini obstacle course with cones or household items and time yourself as you complete it.

4. Cool Down: Finish with stretching exercises to relax your muscles and prevent injury.
