Objective

Materials and Prep

  • Cutting board
  • Knife (with adult supervision)
  • Bread slices
  • Peanut butter
  • Jam or honey
  • Plate
  • Napkin
  • Cleaning cloth
  • Wash hands before starting
  • Ask an adult for help with using the knife

Activities

  • 1. Make a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich: Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread and jam/honey on the other. Put the slices together to make a sandwich.
  • 2. Create a Fruit Kabob: Cut fruits into bite-sized pieces and thread them onto a skewer.
  • 3. Decorate a Cupcake: Frost a cupcake and add sprinkles or toppings of your choice.
