Activities

  • Mindful Breathing: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Inhale deeply and exhale slowly, feeling the sensation of your breath entering and leaving your body.
  • Body Scan: Lie down and mentally scan your body from head to toe, noticing any areas of tension or relaxation. This helps in becoming more aware of your physical sensations.
  • Visualization: Imagine a peaceful place or scenario in your mind. Picture yourself there, engaging all your senses. This can help in reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
