Activities
- Obstacle Course: Set up a simple obstacle course using household items like chairs, pillows, and ropes. Time Nelly as she goes through it multiple times, trying to beat her own record.
- Dance Party: Put on some upbeat music and have a dance party together. Encourage Nelly to freestyle dance and express herself through movement.
- Balloon Volleyball: Use a balloon as the "ball" and set up a net using a rope or tape. Play a fun game of volleyball where the goal is to keep the balloon in the air as long as possible.
- Stretching and Yoga: Guide Nelly through some basic stretching exercises and introduce her to simple yoga poses like downward dog and tree pose.
