Activities
- Breathing Buddies: Have your child lie down with their stuffed animal on their belly. Encourage them to take deep breaths and watch the stuffed animal rise and fall with each breath.
- Cozy Corner: Create a cozy corner with the soft blanket where your child can snuggle up with their favorite toy. Play some quiet music or nature sounds to enhance the calming atmosphere.
- Bubble Fun: Blow bubbles for your child to watch and pop. The slow and gentle movements can help them relax and focus on the present moment.
