Activities

  • Research Time: Use the computer or tablet to research what autism is. Take notes and draw pictures to help you remember.
  • Positive Traits: Make a list of positive traits that are commonly associated with autism. Use colorful markers to create a visual poster of these traits.
  • Role Play: Pretend to be in a situation where someone is not understanding your perspective. Think about how you can explain things in a way that makes sense to them.

  • Autism is a different way of thinking: "Autism is like having a different operating system in your brain. It's not better or worse, just different."
