Materials and Prep
Materials needed: Skates, helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, flat and smooth skating surface.
Prep: Make sure you have enough space to skate safely and check that all safety gear is worn correctly.
Activities

- Cool Down and Stretch: Finish the lesson with a cool down by skating slowly and stretching your muscles.
