Take care of the plant or flower by watering it gently. Discuss how plants help clean the air we breathe.
Sort items from around the house into the recycling bin. Explain why recycling is important for the Earth.
Talking Points
"Plants and animals need clean air and water to live happily, just like we do."
"When we recycle, we help the Earth by reducing waste and making new things from old things."
"Every small action we take to help the environment, like picking up trash or turning off lights, makes a big difference."
