Talking Points
- Quotation: "Challenges are what make life interesting. Overcoming them is what makes life meaningful." - Joshua J. Marine
- Remember that everyone faces challenges, and it's okay to struggle sometimes. What matters is how we respond and grow from those challenges.
- Reflect on past challenges you've overcome. How did you feel before, during, and after overcoming them? What did you learn about yourself?
- When facing a new challenge, break it down into smaller steps. Focus on one step at a time and celebrate each small victory along the way.
- Supporting others in their challenges can also help you grow. Offer encouragement and assistance to friends or family members facing difficulties.
