Objective

Materials and Prep
Materials needed: Water bottle, comfortable clothing, sneakers, open space for physical activities.
Prep: Make sure the area for activities is clear of any obstacles or hazards.
Activities
1. Warm-up: Start with a 5-minute jog around your yard or neighborhood to get your heart rate up.
2. Strength Training: Do 3 sets of 10 push-ups, 15 squats, and 20 sit-ups to build muscle strength.
3. Cardio Blast: Perform high-intensity interval training (HIIT) by alternating between 1 minute of jumping jacks and 1 minute of mountain climbers for a total of 15 minutes.
4. Cool Down: Finish with 5 minutes of stretching exercises to improve flexibility and prevent injury.
