- Design Your Own Country: Imagine you are starting a new country. What rules and laws would you create? Draw a flag and write a pledge for your country.
- Role Play: Act out a scenario where you are the President, a Senator, and a Judge. Discuss the different roles and decisions each one makes.
Talking Points
- The government is like a big group that helps make rules and decisions for a country. The President is like the leader of the country, and the Senators help make laws. The Judges make sure the laws are fair.
- Just like in a game, the government has different teams that work together. Each team has its own special job to do.
- When we create rules, we need to think about what is fair for everyone. It's important to listen to different ideas and work together to make good decisions.
