Activities
- Mindful Breathing: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and focus on your breath. Notice the sensation of breathing in and out. Take deep breaths and feel the calmness it brings.
- Gratitude Journal: Write down three things you are grateful for today. Reflect on why these things are important to you.
- Body Scan: Lie down and close your eyes. Slowly bring your awareness to each part of your body, starting from your toes up to your head. Notice any tension and try to release it.
