Objective

By the end of this lesson, Elisabeth will have explored various subjects and developed a basic understanding of Art, English, Foreign Language, Math, Music, Physical Education, and Science.

Materials and Prep

Materials Needed: Paper, crayons, pencils, music player, exercise mat, water bottle.

Prep: Familiarize yourself with basic concepts in each subject to guide Elisabeth effectively.

Activities

  • Art: Draw your favorite animal and color it with different patterns.

  • English: Practice saying the alphabet and identifying objects that start with each letter.

  • Foreign Language: Learn to say "Hello" and "Thank you" in a different language.

  • Math: Count how many toys you have and group them by color.

  • Music: Dance to different rhythms and try to match your movements to the beat.

  • Physical Education: Stretch your arms and legs, then run in place for 1 minute.

  • Science: Mix water and oil in a jar and observe what happens.

Talking Points

  • Art: "Let's draw a picture of your favorite animal together. What colors should we use?"
  • English: "Can you find something that starts with the letter 'A'? Like 'apple' or 'ant'."
  • Foreign Language: "Say 'Hola' for 'Hello' and 'Gracias' for 'Thank you'. Great job!"
  • Math: "Let's count your toys together. How many blue toys do you have?"
  • Music: "Listen to the music and move your body with the beat. Can you dance like a robot?"
  • Physical Education: "Stretch your arms up high like a tree. Now let's run in place like a speedy cheetah!"
