Objective

By the end of this lesson, Aiden will have improved his physical fitness through fun activities inspired by Fallout 4.

Materials and Prep

  • Open space for movement
  • Water bottle
  • Comfortable clothing and shoes

No prior knowledge needed, just enthusiasm and energy!

Activities

  • Super Mutant Squats: Perform squats while pretending to fight off imaginary Super Mutants. Do 3 sets of 10 squats.
  • Radroach Dodge: Scatter some "Radroaches" (small objects) on the floor. Aiden must dodge them by jumping over or sidestepping them.
  • Nuka-Cola Relay: Set up a relay race where Aiden has to run to a designated spot, grab a "Nuka-Cola" (water bottle), and run back. Repeat 5 times.
