Activities

1. Goal Setting: Write down 3 short-term goals (for the week) and 1 long-term goal (for the month).

2. Daily Schedule: Create a daily schedule for yourself including time for schoolwork, physical activity, hobbies, and relaxation.

3. Healthy Habits: List 3 healthy habits you want to incorporate into your routine, such as drinking more water or going for a walk every day.

4. Reflection: Spend some time reflecting on your previous week and write down what went well and what you can improve on.
