Materials and Prep

- Climbing Games: Play games like "Add-On" where the student climbs a sequence of holds and adds a new move each turn, challenging memory and creativity.
- Cool Down: Finish with a 5-10 minute cool down including stretching exercises to prevent muscle soreness and improve flexibility.
