Objective
By the end of this lesson, you will be able to conjugate regular -ar verbs in Spanish and use them in simple sentences.

Activities
1. Verb Conjugation Bingo: Create a bingo card with different conjugated verbs. Call out the infinitive form and have the student mark the correct conjugation on their card.
2. Verb Conjugation Race: Time the student as they conjugate a list of verbs correctly. See if they can beat their own record!
3. Verb Conjugation Story: Have the student write a short story using as many correctly conjugated verbs as possible.
Talking Points
- What is a verb? - "Un verbo es una palabra que nos dice qué está haciendo una persona, animal o cosa. Por ejemplo, 'correr' significa moverse rápidamente con las piernas."
- What is conjugation? - "Conjugation is changing the form of a verb to match the subject. For example, 'yo corro' (I run) and 'tú corres' (you run) are different conjugations of the verb 'correr'."
