Objective

  • Physical Fitness Challenge: Create a mini special ops fitness challenge for yourself. Include exercises like push-ups, sit-ups, and running to improve your strength and endurance.
  • Code Name Creation: Come up with your own special operations code name and design a badge or logo for your imaginary unit.
