Talking Points
- Stars are like twinkling lights in the sky. They are very far away but look beautiful at night. "Stars are like night-time diamonds that sparkle in the sky!"
- Some stars are big, and some are small. They come in different colors like white, yellow, and red. "Stars can be big or small, just like toys!"
- When we connect stars in the sky, they form shapes called constellations. People long ago made up stories about these shapes. "Connecting the dots in the sky makes pictures like a big puzzle!"
- Stars are very hot balls of glowing gas. They give us light and warmth, just like the sun. "Stars are like night-time suns that twinkle for us!"
