By the end of this lesson, Charlotte will be able to effectively use Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 vocabulary to extend and elaborate her ideas.

Activities
1. Vocabulary Drawing: Choose a Tier 2 vocabulary word, draw a picture of it, and explain the word to someone in your family.
2. Story Time: Create a short story using at least 5 Tier 1 words, 3 Tier 2 words, and 1 Tier 3 word. Share your story with your family.
3. Vocabulary Parade: Select a Tier 1 word, act it out in a fun way, and have your family guess the word based on your actions.
