Activities

1. Plank Variations: Challenge yourself with different plank variations like side planks, forearm planks, and plank jacks.

2. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back, bring your knees towards your chest, and cycle your legs in the air while touching your opposite elbow to the knee.

3. Russian Twists: Sit on the floor, lean back slightly, lift your legs off the ground, and twist your torso to touch the floor on each side.
