Materials and Prep

Materials needed: comfortable workout clothes, a yoga mat or soft surface, and a water bottle. Make sure to warm up before starting the exercises.

Activities

  • Jump Rope: Jumping rope is a great cardio exercise that can help burn calories and reduce overall body fat, including back fat. Aim for 10 minutes of continuous jumping.

  • Superman Exercise: Lie on your stomach with arms extended in front of you. Lift your arms, chest, and legs off the ground simultaneously, engaging your back muscles. Hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

  • Plank Rows: Get into a plank position with hands holding onto dumbbells. Alternate pulling each dumbbell up towards your chest while keeping your body stable. Do 3 sets of 12 reps on each arm.

  • Bent-over Reverse Fly: Stand with a dumbbell in each hand, bend forward at the hips, and raise your arms out to the sides. Squeeze your shoulder blades together as you lift the weights. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
