Talking Points

  • Ducks have feathers to keep them warm. You can say, "Look at the duck's feathers, they are so soft and fluffy!"
  • Ducks say "quack quack" when they talk. You can say, "Can you quack like a duck? Quack quack!"
  • Ducks like to swim in ponds and lakes. You can say, "Ducks love to splash in the water and swim around."
  • Ducks eat plants, insects, and sometimes fish. You can say, "Ducks eat yummy plants and insects for their meals."
