No prior knowledge needed, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!
Activities
- Dance Party: Put on your favorite music and dance like nobody's watching! Move your body in different ways and have fun.
- Animal Imitation: Pretend to be different animals (like a frog jumping or a bird flying) and move like them around the room.
- Obstacle Course: Create a simple obstacle course using pillows, chairs, and other objects. Move through it by crawling, jumping, and balancing.
