Preparation: Clear a safe and open space for physical activities.
Activities
1. Jumping Jacks: Have Edith do 10 jumping jacks to get her heart pumping.
2. Animal Walks: Encourage Edith to move like different animals (bear walk, crab walk, frog jumps).
3. Balloon Volleyball: Use an imaginary balloon and have Edith hit it back and forth with you.
4. Simon Says: Play a game of Simon Says incorporating movements like hopping, skipping, and stretching.
