Activities
1. **Warm-up Dance Party:** Put on Audrey's favorite music and have her dance freely for 5 minutes to warm up her body.
2. **Obstacle Course Challenge:** Create a simple obstacle course using household items. Time Audrey as she completes the course and encourage her to try again to beat her own time.
3. **Mindful Breathing:** Sit down with Audrey and guide her through a few minutes of deep breathing exercises to help her feel calm and centered.
4. **Yoga Poses:** Teach Audrey a few basic yoga poses like Tree Pose or Downward Dog to improve her balance and flexibility.
