Activities

  • Feelings Drawing: Draw different faces showing happy, sad, angry, and surprised feelings.
  • Feelings Charades: Act out a feeling and have someone guess what feeling you are showing.
  • Feelings Journal: Draw or write about a time when you felt each feeling.

  • Feelings are important: "It's okay to have different feelings, they help us understand ourselves."
  • Expressing feelings is good: "Talking about how we feel can help others understand us better."
  • It's okay to feel sad: "Feeling sad is normal, and it's important to talk about it with someone you trust."
  • Feeling happy is wonderful: "When we feel happy, it's important to share our happiness with others."
  • Feeling angry is okay: "Feeling angry is natural, but it's important to find healthy ways to express it."
