Before starting the lesson, ensure that Minecraft is installed and running smoothly. Familiarize yourself with the basic controls and gameplay mechanics if you haven't already.

Activities

• Creative Mode Exploration

  Start the lesson by entering Creative Mode in Minecraft. Spend some time exploring different biomes, observing the various blocks and materials available. Take notes on which materials you find interesting and might want to use in your building project.

• Design Your Structure

  Using your notebook or digital document, sketch out a plan for a unique building or structure you want to create. Think about what resources you will need and how you will arrange them. This can be anything from a cozy cottage to a towering castle!

• Building Time!

  Now it's time to build! Use the resources you gathered and your design plan to create your structure in Minecraft. Remember, you can always modify your design as you go along. Have fun with it and let your creativity flow!

• Show and Tell

  Once your building is complete, take a screenshot of your creation. Prepare a short presentation about your structure, explaining your design choices and what inspired you. Share this with a family member or friend!
