Before the lesson, ensure there is a safe outdoor area for biking and playing. Set up a designated area for the pretend vet clinic with her stuffed animals and dolls.

Activities

• Outdoor Bike Adventure: Start the lesson with a fun bike ride around the yard or a nearby safe area. This will help Hailey enjoy the fresh air and get some exercise. Encourage her to explore different paths and observe nature.

• Vet Clinic Role Play: Set up a pretend vet clinic using her stuffed animals. Hailey can take turns being the vet and the patient. She can check their "health," give them names, and create stories about how they got "hurt" and how to help them.

• Barbie Adventure: After the vet clinic, transition to playing with her Barbies. Hailey can create a storyline where the Barbies go on an adventure to the vet clinic. This encourages her imagination and storytelling skills.
