Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will understand the basic concepts of starting an online business, including identifying a product or service to sell, creating a simple business plan, and understanding the importance of marketing.
Materials and Prep
- Paper and colored pencils or markers for drawing and writing.
- A computer or tablet for research (optional, but helpful).

- Basic knowledge of what a business is and the concept of buying and selling.
- Preparation of a simple template for a business plan (can be handwritten).
Activities

The student will spend 15 minutes thinking about what they love to do or what they are good at. They will write down ideas for products or services they could offer online. Encourage them to think creatively!

Using the template provided, the student will outline their business idea. They will include what they want to sell, who their customers are, and how they plan to sell it. This will help them visualize their business!
